I have been buying products from Rock Around The Block for years now. Their products are second to none and they back their products with excellent customer service. Nothing seems to be a problem for these people. Yes, you can buy products from big department store type hardware that sell cheap products but why would you, when you have a company that sells QUALITY, that last for years, with an excellent back up.

Last night (Tuesday) I had your reply, and I ordered what I needed through your site at about 9PM, and specified standard delivery. The pump at filter were on my doorstep when I got home at 5:30pm tonight (Wednesday).   Holy smoke - DJ's can't even do that. I don't normally shop on the internet but on Sunday I went to the local Bunnings store to look for these parts because it's where we bought the sprayer.  Was told it was a special order.  Got to the special orders counter and was told "Sorry we don't have anyone on today who can process it. Come back tomorrow."  That's a half hour (each way) drive just to order a part so I called on Mr Google and found you folk.  Your website is now bookmarked and Bunnings won't be getting any more garden equipment orders. Thank you for garden sprayer which I picked up from the Orange PO. and your prompt service. I liked your packing--recycled in very efficient manner. (I regard myself as a Greenie with pride).
However, blackberry brambles have increased on our small property, so your sprayer will be used tomorrow morning provided there's calm conditions.
I like the fact that the spray head is adjustable from a jet to a mist, but I'll see how it works in the field tomorrow.

Then I would have had to wait for them to get it in so....... I took a punt on your web site after "Googling my way in " and lo and behold you guys had all the specs listed so I placed an order to match my needs and it's here.......bloody hell....nobody performs that well............thanks again...you've won my future business!  Merry Christmas !

Thanks to all at Rock Around the Block for great service several days ago.  My "Resun" fish pond pump was calling for attention by trying to vibrate the fish into the air. A new impeller was the thing required. My wife said "go and get a new one from Bunnings" but I remembered that several years ago I had quick service from "Rock around the Block". In fact I believe someone delivered a part to our house on the way home from work!  So onto the net and a quick call indicated that the old business premises was no longer and the internet was the way to go. An order placed at around 1030 in the morning had the part at my home at 1600 in the afternoon and the fish happy soon after. It is a bit easy to overlook good service these days, people would rather complain about the bad experiences. But credit where credit is due! While it is not exactly the "sale of the year" I thank all at your business for the prompt service.  Sincerely

Hi Guys, I ordered an impeller on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday. Fantastic service. My waterfall stopped working as the impeller in my Hozelock 3000 destroyed its self on Monday Morning after about 3 years. That's really good going. As I said the new impeller arrived on Tuesday and after installing it the waterfall is working really well. I will be building another pond in my back garden soon (you can't have TOO many ponds) and I will certainly be buying a pump and accessories from you. Great service guys. Kind Regards

Update - Fitted liner over the weekend. Very pleased that I decided to spend a bit more money (3 times the price actually) and do it right.
The rubber liner was much easier to install than PVC as it stretches to reduce the number of wrinkles and looks a great job. I don't even have to worry about the Corellas pecking their way through it. Thanks for your assistance - I will certainly be looking to do business with you again.
